The Chats are often described as shed rock. They blend raw punk energy with a distinctly Australian working-class vibe. Think simple, catchy guitar riffs, straightforward drumming, and lyrics that celebrate everyday life, beer, and Aussie culture.
Their sound is reminiscent of classic punk bands with a modern twist, but with a heavier emphasis on humor and a DIY aesthetic. It’s like hanging out with your mates in a garage, cranking up the amps, and having a good time.
