When we spotted Skindred on the Glastonbury Festival 2023 line-up we knew we were in for a real treat.
Not just us of course…but all the metal fans who crammed into the Truth stage at Shangri La for the latest offering from the Earache Records collaboration that has brought the noise to this corner of the festival site on a pleasingly regular basis.

We had an odd conversation backstage with Benji which revolved around the possible health and safety implications of a broken caravan window – and it was brilliant to see his mild everyday persona vanish the moment he took to the stage and launched into a classic set of crowd-pleasing anthems.
