Very pleased to have been awarded the People’s Choice Award at the Wakefield Business Awards last night.
We lost out on the New Business Award to Wakefield BID – something we could never feel down about, as the festival could not have happened without them.
To our surprise, we were called up to stage to get the People’s Choice instead. So we’re officially an award winning festival now, which is pretty cool.
It wraps up a great year for us and thanks again to all who have supported and worked with us.
Congratulations well deserved. I was fortunate to have been given a +1 photographers pass by Steve White at your recent festival and loved every second of it. The venues, staff, bands were fantastic and you are deserving of the award indeed. Well done and congratulations.
