Great first couple days with our freshly formed #YoungTeam – our new educational pilot offering a GCSE equivalent qualification in DIY Events.
We've looked at developing personal arts skills, done our first screenprinting, created a mini photo exhibition, written poems, met a professional photographer, written bios and reviewed an art exhibition. Not bad for our first 12 hours together!
Over the next 6 weeks we'll be heading out to a range of live events as a team and delivering brand new work at the March Artwork, before working towards the final stage / exhibition at Long Division Festival.
We had a great time – thank you to The Art House Wakefield for their very kind support as our Base for two days.
