Is ‘post-pop’ a thing? I can’t be bothered to look it up because I’m sure it is… and if I did the Google thing I’m pretty sure that crysometimes would appear as a top hit. There’s something very 90s about these songs … clearly defined and sugar coated with a mildly bitter-sweet centre… sort of like a sherbet lemon turned inside out. Three accomplished girls up front with a guy pounding the skins with finesse… it’s a great formula!
