Try refunding properly, not just half of what you owe, at least get this bit right

Bit hasty calling it off when you’ve got just about every other festival going ahead 😠
Completely understand why you had to cancel but withholding £64 of my refund as fees really isn’t acceptable. The rip-off ticketing agency Kaboddle don’t reply and are the only ones making a profit from this situation.
Someone forgot to tell the weather the festival was cancelled.
Looking forward to next year. Don’t worry about the moaners, some people will never be pleased with anything.

Having returned from Latitude my view is that an independent festival should have been chosen instead as a test event. They just paid lip service to COVID measures. Hygiene and sanitation was a joke and people smoking in tented stages with no policing by stewards.
