Do we get stage times on cards/lanyard? Also is there a family zone in the live in vehicle camping area pls?

Y?Not – My sister has problems with her tickets whereby the Car Park Pass has not come with the rest of the tickets even though it states that she had paid for one in the breakdown. We have emailed you regarding this and heard nothing back & we have also just spent 30mins in a ‘queue’ on the phone only to be greeted with a vodaphone voicemail message stating that the inbox is full!! Is this some sort of windup?!?
My sons ticket never arrived . They failed to contact him to say they were unable to get two payment despite having both email and home address . He can’t go now anyway . And who ever buys has to collect from box office with a covering letter and no refund of postage back. This promoter is just making money out of youngsters.
If you know anyone that would like a youth all weekend ticket including early entry please inbox me all reasonable offers considered .
