They said in original email it will take upto a month after closing date for refunds. Which takes it to August 22nd. Be patient, they’ve got a million things to sort

Shame you pulled out of this years just before the announcement.. surely some reinforcements could of been called in to help set up faster.. any news on these refunds yet still waiting on the money 💰
Refund is up to mid September I believe so once you’ve applied for your refund you’ll get between then and mid September I think

Refund??? Bad enough you cancelled when all the others are going ahead, at least give us our money back
This could of gone ahead and we’d all be having the weekend of our lives coming up after months of madness.
Don’t know why these organisers haven’t all looked to work together and used existing venues all ready set-up to relocate the events.
I’m pretty sure over 75% of ticket holders wouldn’t of minded a last minute change of venue to enjoy a much needed event!
The organisers have constantly been working to changing landscapes and goalposts. Will they or won’t they is not a way to put on a festival. What if they hadn’t lifted the restrictions? Would ticket holders have forfeited their ticket money if this would have happened? Social media really brings out the worst throwaway absent minded uninformed comments. Festival organisers have been working tirelessly to make the impossible happen. I hope we all support them if this is ever over

The staff at Y not are gutted, they made the best decision they could with the information available at the time. I am sure everyone will get their refunds I’m waiting until end of august before chasing because they said it would take up to a month. Please be patient its disappointing / heartbreaking for everyone.

Still haven’t had an answer from ynot festival as to why I’ve been informed that they cancelled the bands 5 days before taking our final payments!
When can I expect my refund?
I’ve just received a load of refund notice emails (one for every payment on payment plan! 😀).
Says money will be refunded within 5 days.
I sent my refund request on 1st of July so should get a refund within the next couple of days. Looking at reinvesting in tickets to Trsnmt Festival but waiting on the Scottish government still despite Trsnmt saying its definitely on…
