Dear YNot team, I’ve emailed your ticket agent about an issue with my tickets but they are not being very helpful/ignoring my emails. I’ve just emailed your ‘hello@ynot’ address in the hope that you can help please. I booked 2 X family weekend tickets for myself and my husband to come with the kids to the 2019 festival, but forgot to select the free kids entry tickets. Because the festival has been postponed twice and my kids are now over the age to get in for free, I’ve been told I now have to pay for the kids’ tickets. I want to support the festival, hence rolling over my tickets, but this is really disappointing and means we may not be able to attend at all now.
