At this years festival we asked the newly formed Quantock Food bank if they would like attend the event on Sunday and Monday encouraging those Festival goers that were camping to donate any of their unused food and drink to this food bank. Their onsite promotion resulted in a large amount of items being donated to the cause plus we were more than happy to donate all items left from the crew and artist backstage catering.
Below is a lovely letter of thanks and appreciation which was published in this weeks West Somerset Free Press.
Thank you to everyone who donated and I’m sure we will welcome this very worthwhile organisation back again next year.

They were situated by the exits.
I didn’t see this. Perhaps a shout over the mike on the main stage Sunday evening to tell everyone?
It was all very last minute as the organisation has only just got off the ground, we will make sure that they get plenty of promotion which they richly deserve at next years festival👍👍
