Dear Solarsphere Friends,
We, the Solarsphere organisers have had to make the difficult yet most sensible decision to cancel this year's event due to Covid-19 continuing to be a threat to public health. It is of the utmost importance that the right choices are made at this time to keep as many people as safe as possible, but rest assured, we will be back in 2021 and we do hope to see you all there again too!
Ticketline can offer you a refund (minus booking fee), or you can transfer your ticket for use at the 2021 event. The choice is yours. Same applies to those who have personally bought tickets from us (we will include your additional fee in your refund if you have paid us personally).
We are waiting to confirm the dates for 2021 with the venue, so please keep check on our website for that update.
Sadly, we cannot guarantee that the speakers/artists we had booked for this year will be able to make it for next year, but again, once we have this details, we will update the website to keep you all informed.
Your enjoyment of Solarsphere means so much to us and we'd like to take this chance to thank you for your support. We can't wait to see you all again and to also welcome any newcomers to the festival!
Until then, please keep yourselves safe and by August 2021 we'll definitely be ready to enjoy Solarsphere again!
