COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
We’d like to provide an update on this year’s Solarsphere, in relation to COVID-19 and how it affects our event.
With Solarsphere being well into August we are monitoring the situation daily, we will keep you posted and informed as to when decisions are made.
In the eventuality that the event is cancelled we will then put refund of ticket face value into action to those who have booked.
At present because the event is in mid August we are continuing with the hope that we can continue but do not think we are taking any of this lightly.
Our next review of where we are at will be at the end of May 2020 when we feel we can make a final decision.
