Slam Dunk is a North/South double-header festival that mimics the Reading/leeds moidel of doublinvg audiences by doubling sites.

Slam Dunk started out as a pop-punk club night at The Cockpit, Leeds in the early 00’s.  Out of the success of the club night Slam Dunk started putting on international touring artists from the genre like Fallout Boy, Paramore and Panic! at The Disco in Leeds, before developing Slam Dunk Festival. 

Slam Dunk Festival is now the number one pop-punk, rock and alternative festival in the UK held over 2 fully outdoor sites in Hatfield Park and Temple Newsam Park in Leeds to over 50,000 Rock Fans. 

The Slam Dunk Club night is still every Tuesday night, and the Slam Dunk team host shows for rock, alternative and ska acts from across the world in venues across Leeds. In addition to this Slam Dunk’s permanent home lies at The Key Club venue in Leeds.  Established 2014 and now home of 5 eclectic club nights a week, and Rock, Alternative, Ska, Punk and Indie shows by touring artists it is the city’s top Rock and Alternative venue.
