Nay’s Yoga are back at Shambala this year, running SUP Yoga on our beautiful lake – and this year, we’ve doubled the number of sessions, so even more of you can take to the water. Suitable for people aged 12+ with full range of body movement. Please bring swimming gear (or at least clothes that you don’t mind getting wet!). This activity must be prebooked in advance – and is priced at £20 + bf.
