Planning to go to WIIL Rock Fest on 9/24. Site says first act starts 1:15pm. Anyone have inside info into the band schedule? We can’t get there until later in the afternoon, but also don’t want to miss certain artists. Never been to Lake County fairgrounds so any other tips would be appreciated, Thanks!
