I’ve been to every Ultra from 2009 – 2019….and 2014 was by far the worst year ever. Complete shit show (literally- shout out to the girl who took a dump in the middle of the crowd during RL Grime)…so many fights, terrible crowd, weak lineup.. That weekend was the only negative festival experience I’ve ever had.
Edit: One of the main reasons that particular year had such bad vibes is because it was even hotter than usual and there were no free water stations and each bottle of water cost like $6 and there were such long lines everywhere….people weren’t hydrated and it caused alot of overdoses amd whatnot…since 2015 Ultra now has plenty water stations with no lines

I was there too, I have mine all saved from 2012, 2013 and 2014. Never went afterwards.
