I don’t know what yinz are smoking, this is great. Any idea why it says Sept 12-18? The website says the festival is 16-18. Is the poster including like pre-event lead-in stuff taking place the week before or something?
Bicep is only playing 3 cities in early 2022. So that’s a pretty good get. Picnic has really decent house/leftfield stuff like mall grab, logic1000, despacio, but nothing like sherelle, Acemoma or special request and def nothing like Tim hecker. This is almost like iii points Los Angeles.
I don’t know if I’d say whack. But for $400 I not sure it was worth hype. It’s a really solid mix of legends and new stuff that really appeals to euro audience. Special request, shygirl, king krule, stereolab, Faye Webster is all stuff I’d want to see. Sherelle and a lot of the djs are on pretty on point. Not sure id say it’s better than picnic though. Maybe on the dj front but it’s def not as good as primavera proper.
It’s alright but it literally could be any fest USA. Also feels like there is a bit of a drop off between the headliners and what would be the subheadliners

This is just….so anticlimactic. How they expect to move any tickets at $400/pop for this is beyond me. Good luck I guess.
Didnt they sell tix for this in 2019? Weak considering the hype. If it were cheaper though itd be pretty good
