This is not what happened, don’t believe to anything on the internet. It happened in Russia , I am someone who speaks Russian. What happened was that those people had a wedding on the lake, and they kept partying way into the night and not letting the guy sleep, he took matters to his own hands, as he knew this venue since he lived there.
Sorry, but there is no way that tiny circuit breaker is what is supplying all the power to a big festival that far away and across a lake. The panel that guy is playing with would barely power a house. Nearly all festivals bring in large generators and power themselves on site because local infrastructure can’t handle the load.
