My 1st festival. Primus. What a treat.

Firefly 2014 was a gem. First and best festival I’ve been to

  4. Gone but never forgotten TomorrowWorld 2015. It was a muddy good time! (For everyone who camped at least😅)

Britain’s big two have good history pages.[Glastonbury.](http://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/history/) [Reading.](http://www.readingfestival.com/history) Always fun to see big names make their first appearance at the bottom of the bill, and think WTF at those bands who lucked out at headlining at the height of their brief fame, that’s you, The Darkness.

  6. TomorrowWorld 2014 was one of the best weekends of my life. Did Group Camping, and we all had our own space separate from everyone else. The weather was awesome, the music was perfect, the food was great, and the vibes were amazing. (Kygo replaced Avicii on the lineup, and it was one of the best sets I’ve ever seen at a festival)

Feile 1995 Cork, Ireland…it’s was glorious. I will never forget the queues for acid before the Orb came on or the absolute terror the orb caused to 10,000 acid heads! Am 41 now, still makes me smile.

The first CounterPoint in 2012. If I remember correctly it was stupid cheap, too.

My first and favorite festival… Outkast Disclosure and Chic alone made it, and the Port was unreal every night

  11. 2009 and 2015 Beale Street Music Festivals had solid line ups. https://imgur.com/Q6uAseX https://imgur.com/HLl8Qqg

  12. LouFest — Small city fest in St. Louis but it has been the best weekend of my year since this [one in 2014](http://filtermagazine.com/images/sized/images/uploads/LOU2014-Lineup-550×607.jpg)

Well this was last year but the lineup was just too good to miss. My first event in Socal and I checked several of my favorite hardstyle artists off the list in one weekend 😁. In just an old hangar in San Bernardino you had Angerfist, Toneshifterz, Wildstylez. Ran D, Wasted Penguinz, Noisecontrollers, Zatox, and more. Favorite was probably Audiofreq, but Miss K8 tore it up, people were going crazy!

I need help finding a line up video that I saw around 2016. I believe the video was made with blender or after effects and it was amazing and way ahead of its time. It was a short like 50 second video that was showing the main line up artist’s names, and behind the name was just like animated fruit and candy doing crazy stuff. The venue was in the LA area, and it was closely related to Splash House… If anyone can find this video I would go nuts.

  15. [SASQUATCH 2013](https://consequenceofsound.files.wordpress.com/2013/02/sasquatch-2013-poster.jpg) got my O face. Kind of a strange poster, but after-the-fact it’s very cool and unique.

    Some highlights for me:

-Killer Mike bringing out El-P in the infantile days of Run The Jewels

-Edward Sharpe & Magnetic Zeros giving the mic to a guy tripping way hard and babbling on about nothing

-Odesza’s first big festival show followed by Toro Y Moi and Disclosure all on the same stage.

-Semi-early Tame Impala playing two sets (filling in for a band that didn’t show up)

-John Talabot retiring his playing of “FIN” with Pional

-T.E.E.D. playing his full set (full light rig, dino costume, dancers) for what seems like the last time in many years
