   From the sounds of it:

   * the major artists on the bill were paid in advance long ago
   * tickets sales were decent (but not amazing) for a first-year festival that size in the Toronto area
   * some construction was done on the festival grounds but stopped sometime in the middle of June
   * one former employee is now being investigated by the Ontario Provincial Police

   My theory is that the investigated employee may have embezzled money from the company and they don’t have the time and money to finish the festival grounds in time. (Anyone have a more informed theory?)
