Mucky Weekender Festival

Mucky Weekender Festival

Entirely bonkers

Description

Mucky Weekender is held at Vicarage Farm in Woodmancote, Hampshire every September, and takes it’s name from Dub Pistols’ trademark single, ‘Mucky Weekend’ … appropriately enough, as it is organised by Dub Pistols’ frontman Barry Ashworth.

Barry is patron of Tonic Music for Mental Health (a charity offering free support and recovery programs for the vulnerable within the music and arts community).

The band launched the festival back in 2019 as a way of giving something back to their fans, ‘The Pistolero Family’, and to showcase new musical alongside established acts. It’s already a firm fixture on Winchester’s music scene.

It’s a boutique-sized 4,000 capacity with camping and camper van parking available.
