This weekend (6-8 July) The Hastings Beer and Music Festival sets up shop on the cliffs above the UK’s first officially-branded ‘music city’.
Technically this particular ‘city’ is actually the districts of Hastings and Rother all rolled into one…but that technicality aside, there is no doubting that between them they have more live music per square metre than you can shake a drumstick at.
The festival has been running for a few years now and has raised shed-loads of cash for local charities…over £1million to date.
This year it promises to be bigger and better than ever, so the beer will be flowing and the bands are set to give it everything they’ve got across what is arguably the biggest weekend of the year in the area.
Tickets range for £12.50 for a day to £40 for the weekend, although there is also a £5 family ticket available for the Saturday daytime.
Bands across the weekend are:
