Who do we send our stories to?
Meeting amazing people and helping our neighbours celebrate after getting engaged at the library tree. The hot tubs and amazing food, it really was an amazing time 😊

Our story x
We met our soulmates in the village. It was something very very special indeed. We all needed something or someone in our lives to give us hope and to restore our faith in humanity and reignite the magic which has dimmed in our worlds. I felt the moment we drove up to forest a magical feeling in the air. I just knew and felt the energy I so needed was there and that my heart would be restored and soul replenished with positive energy. I don’t know how but I could just feel a change in the air. In that place
I found my former self and reconnected to my inner child I’d lost along the way. We met some people who were the embodiment of the meaning of ‘love’ and have been blessed to have been in touch with them every single day since and have met up with them on a number of occasions despite the 6 hour drive which separates us. They are now also the fairy godparents to my two young children! After only 4 months we felt a we’ve known them a lifetime and I have not a single doubt we will share as many experiences with them as we possibly can. I’m not fussed about the spa or the banquet. I just wanted to share how truly special that place is. If you haven’t been and you feel lost. It’s truly truly a place to connect and find yourself and to find your soulmates. We have tickets for the next festival and bought our friends their tickets for Christmas. All I can say its truly magical. I’ve never left a festival with so many tears of joy and at 42 I’ve been to a few!!

We had had Lost Village booked for months, and the week before coming my boyfriend broke his ankle. We didn’t let that stop us, wrapped his crutches up in fairy lights and came anyway; it was magical. The highlight was him stood on the table at the Bureau of the Lost, conducting the whole crowd with his crutches in their rendition of September. Would be amazing to do the festival with him on two legs, but all the villagers were so kind and made our experience unforgettable regardless of the handicap. Forever lost 🌲💫

Went with the lads Ben Grindrod & Stephen McGough, drank some Buckfast on the way down at midday (never too early for Buckfast) then catching some friendly faces like HAAi-, Molly, Holly Lester and Danielle Moore (Crazy P) – all playing some wonderful sets across the weekend… Getting a high 5 at 2am from the absolute don that is Move D after he played Bee Gees – You Should Be Dancing… Meeting some lovely friends in Boutique who liked to blast out Ann Lee – Two Times over a mad SubZero PA at 6:45am to make sure that we were all awake and out drinking by 7am – THANK YOU 🥺🥺🥺 … The free bottle of Botanist that we received as a gift from Lost Village along with copious amounts of Cafe Patron from the wee hidden bar… And them lush breakfasts from The Eating House… And last but no means least – coming home with a mannequin that we inherited (not stole) from the Junkyard… {then other stories and pictures that would probably see my profile get more Facebook Jail time – it’s savage that!!)

my partner Jack Bennetts surprised me on Christmas Day 2017 with a puzzle I had to put together saying we are getting married at the start of August, he had booked the wedding without me knowing a thing! Such a romantic one. After having the most perfect outdoor/greenery festival style wedding we came to lost village festival for our honeymoon!
What an amazing time we had! This was our first time here and everything from the music, the people ( even those who complied with my husbands jokes everywhere we went 🙈even to the point of the last night and those people stopping us and telling the same jokes, brilliant if you were one of those 👍🏻)
The hay bale tent on the Saturday night was amazing!
Not forgetting the lovely paul, who I cannot thank enough for everything he did for us over those 5 days, pure gent!
The staff, the circus, the fire works, the shows, the woods, the decor..we’ve never been to anything like it.
We well and truly had the most unforgettable experience and would love to do it all again and explore more of the unknown ✨
