We’re thrilled that Jolly Boys’Brewery has hand crafted a limited edition ale for this year’s festival. We’ve christened it “Manifesto”.
It’ll be available from their own Jolly Boys’ Real Ale Cafe from May 16th and across the festival in June, including their own bar at Wakefield Cathedral.

At The Jolly Boys’ Brewery we are genuinely thrilled to be the official ale of this amazing festival taking place in Wakefield on Saturday 2nd June 2018. There will be fringe events happening around the city leading up to the event.
Our Master Brewers have designed, sourced ingredients and brewed an absolute smasher for this special weekend.
MANIFESTO
This LIMITED EDITION MANIFESTO ale comes in at a tasty 4% (abv) and represents our fierce independence and pride in producing something that supports Wakefield’s dynamism, community, music and the arts. This festival brew is refreshingly quaffable, clean and citrusy. MANIFESTO is the perfect spring ale for the perfect spring festival!
MANIFESTO will be officially launched at our lovely JOLLY TAP, on Northgate in the heart of Wakefield on Wednesday 16th May at 7pm. You are cordially invited to attend, have a slurp. There will be just ONE CASK so, like the whole brew itself, when it’s gone, it’s gone.
