The Long Division Festival weekend will open in style, but also with something very important to us.
Our Big Fat Festival Quiz will take place on our pop-up marquee on The Bull Ring. There will be a house band, guest quiz-masters, a bar and some big prizes. It'll be a great way to kick off what's going to be an amazing weekend!
100% of the entry fee (£20 for a team of up to four) will go to Andy's Man Club. They are an amazing charity run completely by volunteers. They work hard to challenge mental health stigmas and create safe spaces to help tackle to massive issue that the number 1 cause of death for men under 45 is suicide.
We love their grassroots, direct approach to what they do. As many have, we've been touched by the issues they tackle and want to do what we can to help.
So come on down! Let's see who the greatest quizzers in Wakefield are and get Long Division weekend off to a flying start!
