Our Amplify mentoring programme begins today, aiming to give 3 new artists a chance to play at Long Division. The successful artists will be mentored by professional musicians Rob Crisp (Knuckle), Georgia Jakubiak (The State of Georgia, The Research) and Jamie Roberts (Gilmore & Roberts) to write new songs, hone their live performance, take part in workshops, see live events and so much more! 🖤
To celebrate, Wakefields newest artists on the Amplify programme play their first ever gig tomorrow (28/7) for July Artwalk at Lobby 1867 – the Long Division Live Lounge! They’ll be playing classic songs reimagined, and the night will also feature an exhibition from Long Division’s #Youngteam 2021 ⚡️
