➕ What time is the wristband exchange open?
From 11:30 until 19:00.
➕ I’m part of a group, do we need to collect together?
No, you can arrive separately.
➕ Am I guaranteed entry to all the shows with my wristband?
No. All venues run to their own capacities. Once a venue hits capacity, a one out one in system will come into play. GET DOWN EARLY FOR artists YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE!
➕Will there be a timetable I can use on the day?
There will be free programmes available. Some of the details will be slightly out of date now (!) but we will put up posters informing of late in the day lineup changes.
➕ Do I need to be double jabbed / provide evidence of a negative test?
We anyone with symptoms to not attend and ask that everyone take a test before coming. Tests will also be available on site until 5pm. However, we will not asking for proof of a test.
➕ How safe will it be?
We’ve taken all the measures we feel we can. Most venues at Long Division are quite small, but our main one (WX) is really big, with lots of space. If a venue is busy you should always be able to find another one.
➕ I have an U18 ticket. Can they get access to all venues?
All venues with the exception of Vortex and The Establishment are all ages.
➕ Can I buy tickets on the day?
No, we are completely sold out!
