Long Division presents a multi-faceted art explosion (not literally) at Create for Wakefield's March Artwalk. Join us for:
– An exhibition of John Welding's wonderful illustrations, commissioned for Long Division Festival 2018. Very limited numbers will be available to purchase on the evening to raise money for our #YoungTeam Education Programme.
speaking of which…
– Long Division's #YoungTeam will present work they have completed as part of their Silver Arts Award, including photography, music, spoken word / poetry, exhibitions and a premiere of an animation short drawn, written and soundtracked by members of the group.
– The ongoing 'foh-toh' exhibition, also a 2018 Long Division commission.
– Long Division DJs spinning tunes from artists playing this year's festival.
– A chance to buy ticket for this year's event without those terrible booking fees.
And of course, Create will be open selling all it's wonderful wares. Join us 5pm – 7:30pm
