Advice to all artists, especially emerging ones; get your tracks on BBC Introducing. It's super simple and there's a chance they'll get played locally, and even get passed up to 6Music DJs and all over the network.
But BBC Intro also run stages at events, events like Long Division. We work on the stage's artists together and it's been a real shame for us to want to push local-to-us artists only to find they've never connected with BBC Introducing in anyway. And that's the only prerequisite really!
