Last year #YoungTeam members were interviewed by The Guardian, were live on BBC Introducing, went to loads of gigs, ran their own events as part of the festival, became engaged in the cultural activity of the city and got themselves a qualification too.
We see it as essential for the future of our city. More young people's voices being heard. More gigs. More excitement and lots of new ideas.
