The weather has us dreaming about a global, multi-million pound business like Festival Republic and Latitude Festival treating its disabled customers with respect and equity – not a contemptuous after-thought. Like many, we applied for PA and disabled campsite passes more than three months ago and have still to receive any updates from the organiser. No-one from its access team answers emails, web forms, phone calls or voicemails. Depressing doesn’t even come close….
