   Please don’t use ticket master ever again. Bought my tickets on payment plan, since then I’ve emailed ticket master 11 times asking on what date payments go out. I got one reply saying we’ll answer your query in a “few days” 2 months later no reply, then without warning on 31st January they took the entire remaining amount. So the payment plan is obviously just 2 payments rather than spread over 5 months. If you look on ticket master complaints Facebook page, they’ve done this to several people, no point complaining directly to them as they never reply
