My friend bought and received there tickets today I bought 3 before the line up was released and still saying there not ready ???!!!!
My tickets still said waiting but then I clicked on print and it downloaded them so I could print them

Message to Lattitude .. nobody seems happy with the way the tickets are released so late .. whole point of an e-tickets is they don’t need complications with the post!

We want to go Wednesday in our campervan & still no tickets. Getting worried now. We’re actually away tonight & not back home til weds morning so we’re gonna be rushing around trying to print them off when we get home as we haven’t got a printer 😬not impressed!

We’ve had our campervan field hanger come through the post but tickets still showing as not ready. Tried logging on by phone and laptop but to no avail. Really not good enough!!!!!
I have just messaged Ticketmaster after seeing this post as mine aren’t available for printing yet, ordered them in December 🙄 and there reply just now was the tickets aren’t ready yet and they are working with the organisers 🙄
Please reconsider the fireworks Latitude Festival that you have planned for Friday evening. In view of the current heatwave and particularly dry period, it’s surely a huge fire risk to set off fireworks in such conditions? Thanks.

Any updates on when tickets will be available? Latitude Festival Ticketmaster for those on the campervan site the event starts on Wednesday and we still don’t have any tickets!

Latitude Festival please respond to everyone asking about tickets. Not everyone has easy access to a printer and some people are going on Wednesday (in just 2 days time).
Interesting that the sponsor cinch is not advertising the festival on their Facebook page! They always promote the festivals they sponsor 7 days before. Does this mean it going ahead or not? Latitude Festival please answer everyone.
I paid in full last year in September and I’ve waited far too long for an unimpressive line up, to now still awaiting to print my tickets two days before I’m arriving! Shambles already!
