Missed out due to not being able to add on an under 6 to the payment plan. No live in vehicles left too 😠Will there be more availability at a later date?
Seriously need to sort out the ticket purchasing system, Bought ours this morning but not sure if we bought 2 lots of weekend camping and camper van camping or campervan camping and festival tickets. which is what we were wanting .
Nearly missed out this year due to receiving camping tickets only and no festival access.
We’re not thick just the website process isn’t clear. Mentioned it to organisers this year who told us many people seem to have had similar issues.
What’s the difference between super early and early? Anything to the price?
Can you advise how to add a Great Plains parking ticket please? For some reason this year you’ve only allowed a complimentary ticket for a booking of 4 tickets – we have only booked 2. Last year we booked a group of 7 as a 3 and a 4 and got 2 complimentary tickets so that has changed. I would add the Great Plains Parking ticket even if I need to purchase it, but the only option for to add parking is for General Parking. Can you explain how people in a group of less than 4 can now park in the correct place. Part of why we booked Great Plains was due to the close proximity of the parking. I look forward to your response.
What a joke! Still no option to add child 6-10 to the payment plans, or pay up the extras and car parking! Ridiculous
Seriously a confusing mess. Cant buy early bird child or infant but if you go to buy early bird adult and normal weekend for child and infant you cant unless you buy another adult ticket???
Can’t add a child age 9 to the purchase and missed out on live in vehicles. Can you please advise?

I’ve just bought vehicle pass with my tickets , I paid for the dearest one so I take it this isn’t the frontier vehicle site and its the one near the arena
Tried to book mine but when I put kids on it says I must book kids on
I clicked to check my booking from the email they sent – had an option to amend your order when you got to the seetickets site – perhaps you can add child tickets on there? I’ve messaged to ask if the general parking ticket, which is the only one they’ve listed to buy, can be used for other areas EP, GP etc (got our complimentaries but may need another one) x
