What’s happening with refunds or carry overs to next yr. I have received no correspondence from KC about anything. I am a carry over from 2020 can someone pls advise. Thx

I’m talking about this years cancellation not last years. . It’s been cancelled a month and no word on what’s happening. Thought a general email would have been generated by now advising people about carry over to 2022 or refund. Unless obviously I have missed it. No info in my Ticker master account either. Thx

Any idea what’s happening with refunds? Requested mine within the deadline and ticket line say could be 90 days? Never waited this long for a refund before? Anyone had theirs yet?
Listen, I’m made up you’ve scheduled next year’s date, and hopefully we’ll see you there. But Ticketline need to sort out this year’s refund, they can take the money straight away but can take up to 90 days to refund you 🤔.
Still waiting for a refund! Shoddy the whole cancellation process and for that reason I’ll never attend again. Look after your customers properly in future it’s a tough time and not a time to be taking advantage of folk
