Underground great, François X, delivers a selection of timeless techno cuts and off-kilter gems for number 22 in the Junction 2 mix series.
A leading face of the Parisian techno scene, François X shot to prominence in the early ‘10s with a trio of standout EP releases on DJ Deep’s, ‘Deeply Rooted’ imprint. Continuously breaking new ground as head of the hugely influential label and party collective, DEMENT3D, in 2019 he also launched XX LAB. Dedicated to exploring genres across the electronic sphere, the new imprint is home to a string of acclaimed recent EP’s from the French artist.
