At Junction 2, we strive to make each edition of the festival better and different to the last. Always eager to tread new territory, we’re fully aware that a lot of UK festivals fall foul of booking the same safe bets on rotation. This riskless attitude is fine for some. But we take pride in pushing the envelope.
Although 2019’s festival sees huge returns for the likes of Adam Beyer, Joseph Capriati, Tale of Us, Maceo Plex, Daphni and that dreamy B2B between Sonja Moonear and Nicolas Lutz, we’re handing J2 debuts to no less than 38 acts. That breaks down to 15 on Saturday and a whooping 23 on Friday. Much like our line-up in its entirety, our debutants are made up of industry icons, established stars and fresh-faced rising talent.
