They are banned in a lot of secondary schools here also. Some allow them if they are switched off, other’s confiscate them and only parents can collect them once a year.

Yes. They should be banned in school. And all family phones should be shelved from dinner time onwards. It drives me crazy to see family’s not interacting and all glued to screens….
