To close out the #HebCeltOurPicks series, we couldn’t look beyond the truly phenomenal Kinnaris Quintet. Here they are performing The Weatherman, Live at Glasgow's Barrowland Ballroom as part of Celtic Connections back in 2019.

Comprising the supreme musical talents of Aileen Reid, Fiona MacAskill, Laura Wilkie, Laura-Beth Salter and Jenn Butterworth, Kinnaris Quintet burst onto the scene in 2017 to critical acclaim. With influences across the spectrum of traditional Scottish and Irish music, Bluegrass, Scandinavian, Appalachian and Classical their euphoric, honest and powerful music has seen the group lauded with several nominations and awards, as well as winning the coveted Belhaven Bursary for Innovation in Music 2019.
