We are just getting ready for the last session of the Festival and there’s a couple fo things to let you know!
First of all, the gates open and the first band is on at 4:30 tonight. We are aware that most of you will come in after the football but if you’re not a football fan and fancy somewhere to go, our music and all the bars will be on.
Second, we have much tighter security at the festival this year. There were a couple of hiccups with this last night (sorry) which we rectified quickly but we have it ready to go properly tonight.
What you can do to help speed things up: Ladies, we will be searching every bag – if you don’t need it, don’t bring it. If you have one, perhaps only bring the essentials – we threw away a lot of receipts for people last night!
We will be searching everyone as you come in – please be polite and courteous to our security team and all our volunteer staff.
Finally, win or lose (hopefully win) come and have a great night here tonight – this has been one of the best festivals yet and we have a BRILLIANT night lined up here!

Understand and agree with checks but hope don’t take too long. Coming to see the first band especially. Don’t wanna miss half of it….!!
