booking on your web site is appalling, get an error every time, terrible user experience.

Your website is the WORST ever, I cannot purchase tickets, got error 25 times after putting my credit card details in, absolutely the most frustrating online experience EVER
complete rubbish – been trying for 40 minutes – error message each time; no-one answering the phone…………
I thought after the Kylie event shambles you would have sorted your ticketing issues out. I’ve been on the site for nearly an hour and believed I had bought tickets several times. I keep getting error messages and redirected back to the Homepage. Dreadful.
Unfortunately, the error message means the booking has gone through. I called before I tried a third time and they were really helpful and cancelled one of my bookings.
Call before making any more bookings!
Been a loyal customer of the festival for 20 yrs – had massive problems with Kylie tickets and now this: So I got as far as putting in all my visa card details………I wanted 2 tickets only . 5 times I tried on 2 different cards …every time it then came up as an “error”….HOWEVER have just looked at my Hampton Court Festival account and I appear to have 5 orders!!!! All at £193 each. I’ve contacted my bank and they tell me you have taken the money……..so please check you accounts everyone!!!!!!!!!!
There’s over an hours waiting list to access the site, let alone book tickets…. I arrived at 652nd in the queue….. I’ll give it a miss!

Hi you may want to know I got ‘unknown error’ after payment 8 times with a card from one bank, tried with another bank and paid, really disappointing I lost great seats and hope you didn’t take payment each time. I doubt my bank was at fault please have someone competent look at your journey, poor in many ways, are you also having actors pretend they have skills from the Middle Ages in your IT department?
It was an awful experience trying to book on the website this morning and ended up paying twice. Thankfully I stopped there. I would say the customer service when I got through on the phone was very good. Clearly the website booking process needs urgent review.

Unfortunately, we have experienced a problem with our ticketing site this morning and as a result of this, customers received an error message at the end of their booking. Understandably this has meant that some customers have made duplicate bookings.
We are trying to call all ticket purchasers today, to resolve any ticketing issues, however, please do feel free to call us on 0208 2335400, we are here until 7pm this evening and our telephone lines will open again from 10am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
