Latest Festival Flyer update from Hammerfest

HAIL Hammerfest…
Hope you are all looking forward to the upcoming Hammerfest 10th Anniversary!
A couple of FAQ’s…
• All lead bookers have been sent the everything you need to know email which details the slot times and details.
• Check in on the Thursday 15th March is from 11am and check out on Sunday 18th is 12pm and for VIP and Royalty accommodation up to 3pm.
• We are a ticketless event; the lead booker will need to bring their booking reference number or confirmation email along with a form of ID to collect their passes (It doesn’t have to be photo ID, bank cards or named bills are acceptable forms of ID.)
• For name changes or if the lead booker is no longer able to attend we will need an email confirmation sent to the below contact email ASAP. Please bear in mind we have a lot of name changes to process so we are trying our best to get back to you as quick as we can.
• If you haven’t already updated your party details please do so on your online account or if you booked over the phone, please email the below contact.
• There is free parking across the site for the weekend.
• For any questions that haven’t been answered above or on the email, please contact Bex on 0207 193 9564 she will be in the office Mon – Fri 9.30am – 6.30pm
