Very disappointed ,Tom Odell good artist but not vibrant.
I am not convinced by the announcer stating that 3 doctors examined her ….I work for the NHS & there’s no way you can get more than one doctor via 111, to examine one patient in Somerset! 😢
I think a refund or free admission to Sunday Glastonbury festival next year would suffice with your Extravaganza ticket, what do think Mr Eavis.

Huge disappointment. Rumours abound re real reason? Not lost voice! I came to see Paloma. Don’t think it should end here?

Unfortunately I don’t think artists take the Extravaganza seriously. We’ve had a few pull out now all with “laryngitis “.

We booked for Joan Armatrating, same story, never again.

Strange how this keeps happening. Waste of money paying to see acts that don’t appear.

Wasn’t at all bothered by Paloma Faiths pull out , the replacements were fantastic

Not sure what to think apart from how very disappointing and after traveling in some hideous traffic from Oxfordshire although doubtless it would happen, I’d kind of like my money back Mr Eavis, we love Glastonbury but didn’t need to part with £70 to enjoy the surroundings for something that wasn’t as advertised ☹️

Had a fantastic evening. You pulled out all the stops to prevent the evening being cancelled (which to those who had travelled – although I thought this event was more of a ‘local event’ and not to be confused with the Glastonbury Festival) would surely have been worse! I can understand people may feel disappointed but WOW – Tom Odell as a last minute replacement 👍. Despite what must have been a nightmare backstage you provided us with a lovely evening of entertainment. Well done to all of the organisers – you did us ‘locals’ proud xx

It must have been stressful for the organisers when Paloma cancelled literally just before she walked on stage. It’s nobody’s fault . Not hers or the organisers. It is disappointing though for people who travelled a long way or stayed overnight to come and see her but at least we got to watch another couple of artists and those amazing fireworks rather than just being sent away.
Maybe Paloma will do something when she’s better. Re-schedule somewhere and get in with our tickets maybe.
    Xx

I’m sure Paloma tries to get onstage but she’s only human. Tom Odell did a fab job just him and his piano. Great evening and event as usual.

What I don’t understand is that laryngitis doesn’t suddenly occur, paloma must have known earlier that she was ill! A very expensive £210 + £120 taxi for our posh picnic 😞
