  13. Awesome. But I had to stop watching after an hour because it was a commercial every five minutes

  14. What more can one say but only fantastic a true British introduction

  15. Absolutely outstanding tribute

  16. Scheiß verkackte Werbung dazwischen !!!!!!

  17. Anyone know the name of the soloists featured here- the pianist and percussionists? Who did the musical arrangement? It’s clever 👍 we get great musical entertainment but never told the musicians – let’s give credit we’re it’s due ❤️🇮🇱🇬🇧

  18. Thats how to play the Anthem!

  20. There’s not a living band apart from maybe the Guards that can touch the Royal Marines, and certainly not their drummers. Before people jump down my throat, this comment is made in recognition of the quality of some of the other military bands. This just serves to emphasize that the RMs are operating at a completely different level!!

  21. Ann S. says:

Loved this, amazing as always. especially good to see the history. Thank you

  22. Hey, the squares can read the little dots. (That version of At Last certainly swings)

  23. Spot On says:

I really like your segment of the music where you depicted the undeclared war between you and the Argentinians. I was a LT. (equivalent to a captain in the army) serving onboard a US nuclear submarine at the time. I happened to be in Norfolk at the time, making ready for a spec op when your forces were detached to regain control of your sovereign territory. I agree totally with what you did in response to the invasion. And I like the music you used to commemorate it. I was saddened by the deaths, on both sides, but at the time, that was sort of the business I was in. War is never a good thing, but like it or not, that is why nations crumble or survive. Even now as we watch Russia invade the Ukraine, whoo. But I know a lot of the history between those two nations. Anyway I wish I could have been there watching your great performance. Cheers, from a Yank. 🙂 btw I had the privilege of dining on one of your frigates while in Halifax, Nova Scotia (I even toasted the Queen as seems you do on board the ships) and also on a diesel boat (non nuclear submarine) while in Cape Canaveral Fl. I spoke with many of the crew while I got a tour. You have a top notch navy. No doubt about it.

  24. Another spectacular performance by the Royal Marines Band Service. They keep raising the bar and making sure that there is something for everyone in their performance. How can they improve on this performance next year?……….they will.

  25. BGG says:

Enjoyed every second of this up until 1:59:12, when you stated 40% of the badsmen, um bandspeople? bandspersons? were female. Why is that important? Did you recruit female bandspeople to get that result, at the the expense of male musicians? When the Royal Marines are bowing to identity politics, the Uk has a serious problem.

  26. BGG says:

The tribute to the Falkland Islands was brilliant.

  27. As ever: {in Dutch) magnefiek!!

  28. Fantastic!!! Soy español, de Valencia, musico no professional, me encanta la Royal Marines Band.

  29. Take a look pooootin…you will lose. The west is on the right side of Ukraine and you are nothing but a nazi type dictator. He lost and so will you! But that aside, what a wonderful concert. You should be proud of your perfomance!!!

  30. Maik says:

Firestarter must be the next Bond Intro. 😉 Great Performance, Amazing Concert!

  32. 👍👍👍👍👍✌✌✌✌🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦😃🙏🙏🙏🙏

  33. Nice concert..
But its better to be musican only, cause the singers at Sir Elton John and Dire Straits Songs are abdolutly talentfree.
    Sorry to say that.
But I know the originals as well.. and so its better to hear only the music.
