Apparently you are not allowed to bring your own water into the festival.They will make you dump it out and if you do not comply the will use the rcmp to force you to comply if you still refuse they kick you out. They charge anywhere from 3 dollars to 7 dollars for the children to play for a few minutes in a bouncy castle. 7dollars for your children to float in a plastic ball in kiddy pool forf 3 minutes seems pretty expensive to me
