wow. really great except for the growl. should just sing the whole thing straight.

  2. All of us who loved Rick Astley in the 80s, have a huge smug look right now … finally all of you who sneered at us have to acknowledge what a great singer Rick Astley truly is …

    😊😊😊

  3. What a performance! 😲

  4. Molly Mac says:

    Morissey never sounded this good

  5. villegas24 says:

Rick Astley reminding us once again why he is a legend.

  6. Highlight of the entire weekend.

  7. I can bet you this is his favorite shower song. He killed that! The band is incredible. They didn't miss a single note!

  8. What a brilliant cover

  9. Great talents are often remembered for one moment of popularity that doesn’t necessarily reflect their talent. This came up as a suggested video and I had to click play cos despite the memes and the song he’s remembered for, Rick Astley is a great talent and I knew he was going to nail it. Not one bit disappointed, but not shocked either

  10. This guy is having his moment in the sun at Glastonbury and nobody deserves it more

  11. Lee Bowley says:

I take my hat off to you Mr Astley

  12. I love that his YouTube channel has given him such a career resurgence, genuinely warms my heart

  13. Weirdest and best moment of Glasto 23

  14. that was gooddddddddddddd

  15. I've watched the whole set 4 times so far and the joy it brings…
Absolutely smashed it. Rick singing his heart out and the fabulous musicianship of the Blossoms. Fabulous. Best act of the festival for me. ❤1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣%❤

  16. R T says:

What a load of shite. Embarrasing.

  17. This song is the highlight of Glastonbury superb great version

  18. Metamon says:

I'm glad to see such a mixed age audience, back in the day festivals like this usually only had younger (<30) people. Also great to see young people being passionate about such an 'old' song.

  19. MODULATES says:

Morrissey is one the greatest lyricists ever

  20. Rick Astley could beat Morrissey in a fight

  21. Rick Astley is the man

  22. TheKnutin says:

    Rick Astley is a true Rick-Star 😉

  23. Why is this so good?

  24. Zzz says:

All my life I have made funny and crude lyrical substitutions but in the 30 years of listening to to this song it never once occurred to me to sing "if a 10 ton truck FUCKS the both of us." I died. Sounds…kinky.

  25. Rick has been brilliant over the past 5 years especially. He's everywhere he needs to be doing what he does best and KILLING IT! Other celebrities/performers become an internet meme and let it crush their soul, never recovering. Rick is like "I'll Rick Roll ALL of you and make you beg me for more!"

  26. Richard H says:

Crusty old Smiths fan here: how does that (young) audience know the lyrics? Whatever, it's a fantastic performance!

  27. I would 100% buy tickets if they tour 🎉🥳🙌🏻
