They have A TON of live sing & dance performances on YouTube, but yeah no, this is particular video is not live lol. This is more of an MV. I was surprised when you said you were expecting a live sing & dance performance. They have live performances however, but it's definitely not this one. They also had live sing & dance performance on Wish just this year, but I don't think people requested this to you. The reason for that is probably because you just discovered them relatively recently. If you wanna see them sing & dance live search for their MYX live performances (preferrably those published before the pandemic fully blew up and quarantines were in place). Search for "SB19 MYX live". You'll find videos of them singing & dancing their songs "Go Up" and "Alab" live. There is also one cover performance in those MYX live videos that I think will definitely amaze you, the song is called "Bakit Pa Ikaw".
They also have had a lot of live performances even in 2020. There was even one live comeback performance where you could hear someone panting after the performance it was their first live performance since the quarantine started, that is why they probably had a bit of a hard time getting their breath management back in shape.
However, I must say that the most epic live sing & dance performance of "Go Up" they ever did (in my opinion only tho) is from the Wish Bus Awards, where they received three major awards. I'm not exactly sure if it was 2020 or 2019, but they were all wearing pastel suits and they were on a big stage and it was like a freaking CONCERT with the multitude of fans hollering as they performed. Don't worry, their voices still sound very very powerful, beautiful and audible (thanks to Wish recording them live as they performed), and you can hear their breath and everything and it was so raw and yet so perfect. There was that hype. Exactly like how a concert would have sounded like. I still love that video. It was when SB19 was officially accepted by the population after 5 years of training and criticism. Criticism was not against their talent (they already had that good potential since the beginning) but there was a misdirected prejudice against them because people initially thought they were KPop weeaboos/copycats—fact: they aren't, they have proven themselves to be true ambassadors of OPM (Original Pinoy Music).
Tell me if you cannot find these videos, I'll come back with an awful long list of them. 😂
Oh also PS: GO UP is their MOST ICONIC SONG. It's every member's favorite song because it was written based on THEIR story. It was also supposed to be their last shot in the industry (like I said before, there was a strong prejudice against them back then, so even though they had good core and talent, they weren't doing very well). So as a last shot, they poured everything into the lyrics and choreography and everything they are is represented in that song.
Thankfully, their dance video of that song went viral overnight and it IMMEDIATELY shot them to fame. The very next day, millions of people got to know of them. Go Up literally saved the group from disbandment.
That was the song they performed in the latter part of this video where they were all dressed in white. You ought to watch their live sing and dance performances (yes, plural) of it. Again, I highly recommend the Wish Bus Awards rendition of "Go Up". It is VERY SATISFYING TO WATCH.
The MYX Live rendition of "Go Up" is also very satisfying in a different way. The MYX version had no audience, just them singing and dancing live so they had very clean live audio in the MYX Live videos.

SB19's dancing is on point. they are well known for their smooth transitions and impeccable spacing. they have practice vids of both Love Goes and Go Up. They can slay their dance songs live even with all the moves. Please check out their Wish Awards 2020 performance of Go Up and their Wish Notes of Hope live performance of Love Goes. They also did Alab (Burning) live on Myx.
