Metallica gives the impression of being run more like a professional company now, but they can still play the sh*t out of these songs. This live iteration of JAmes is better than his late 90s-early 2000s version to me. It doesn't have the energy of late 80s/early 90s, but how could it? A prime as ferocious as that couldn't last long. Where Metallica ended up is a pretty damn good place.
