They were my first rock concert when I was 12. American Idiot! Saw them 2 more times in the years after that, then again at Lollapalooza in 2010. Saw them for the 5th time this year! They have definitely toned down the NSFW aspects of the show but I love them nonetheless!

saw green day several years ago in st. louis, they still put on a hell-of-show, with all their hits, they have a huge amount of hits. still with the original members.

i got covid and couldn't see the show… and they played waiting… my favorite song. since when did they do that
I can hear a heavier tone in his voice from aging but they have more fucking raw energy for their age than 200 modern buttfuck bands that suck who have no talent. A lot of modern-day musicians hardly have any creativity anymore and even though Green Day's drum beats are 70 percent the same in different tempos, every song is awesome. I don't really like that newer album they released when their sound went in a strange direction but to each his or her own. I became a bigger fan of them in 1994 when the blue-colored Dookie cassette tape first released. My brother had their earliest albums and I was really grateful to hear them and be cognizant of who they were before being featured on the radio/TV music channels.
Even watching the intro in my room gives me butterflies and makes me emotional because I know they're coming out sooon 💚💚😭😭
Love them so much! Hella Mega show was incredible, I still miss it…Outside Lands fed my Green Day craving, can't wait to see them again! Hopefully sooon. Every concert rocks and I'm always thinking "wow I'm seeing them live right now?!?!" Never gets old 💚💚💚
