Here is my review for Bonaroo 2021! Hoping to make this year my first Roo!
As always, if there are any artists I mislabeled, or mistakenly named in the wrong genre or vibe, please kindly correct me. as I don’t want to keep continuing to make the same mistakes! It’s been a while since I’ve seen a lot of these names and even longer since I’ve heard them. Many of you know I have a preferred heavy style, so I will not be too knowledgeable on artists outside this style. The only knowledge/ experience I would have with non-dubstep/riddim artists are from having seen them live (probably a while ago, so my memory is a bit foggy) or from hearing what others have to say in videos or comments. among the internet.

Notlo and tripp st are dope up and comers in the bass scene . Also detox unit is heavy tipper vibes should check them all out

if you like hiphop/rap i 150% recommend J.I.D!!! his flow and bars are insane!!!

some checks not exhaustive correcting some things and giving mention to electronic artists:
The Funk Hunters make funky EDM. Dr. Fresch did a remix for them.
Camp Bisco is the Disco Biscuits' festival.
Big Wild makes groovey, jammy, dancy pop EDM that is well worth seeing.
TroyBoi has wonky trap and hard stuff too.
I personally wouldn't call anything Lucii does that experimental in 2021. She's a great vocalist that also makes heavy & melodic EDM for Wakaan.
Detox Unit is one of the standard openers for Tipper. He is just as good and worth seeing.
Rome In Silver makes lush experimental trap, house, melodic edm, etc.
Tripp St. is brand new to the scene under this new moniker and people are really excited to see him. Very thoughtful and original psychedelic DJing and production.
NotLö makes deep dubstep and underground bass. She did a remix of Griz, Wreckno – Medusa.
King Gizzard makes psychedelic rock.
Yaeji makes lofi vocal house.
Lick makes EDM that will remind you of Rezz, Deathpact, 13, Blanke, 1788-L.
Boombox Cartel makes trap.
